Get to know how we came to be

Quality inspired us; imagination set us free

Little Wellness is an educational program for early childhood that provides lessons on important real life concepts, such as creativity, mindfulness, positive motivation, multiculturalism, and nature. The program is born from thinking about the additional values our little ones need when playing, around family, learning, making friends, and developing their emotional intelligence. Our two mantras are "quality over quantity" and "if you can imagine, you can create it."

We believe in a learning experience that adds value to the current early educational curriculum, an experience that is fun and helps children to grow emotionally and explore the world at their own pace.

Our vision is to help children everywhere and at any time to enjoy their life learning adventure and learn of their own potential. Our vision includes teaching educators and parents to make this possible and improving early childhood education by adapting to the challenges of becoming a citizen today.

"Good parents give their children roots and wings. Roots to know where home is, and wings to fly away and exercise what's been taught them"

Education Background

I completed my Bachelor in Journalism, Media, and Communication between Seville's University, the University of Cardiff, and the University of Sydney. Later, I did a double Masters in Translation, Interpreting, and International Relations at Macquarie University.

Teaching Experience

I have ten years of teaching experience. I started tutoring high school students in English and Spanish languages in Spain. When I moved to Sydney, I taught Spanish with Ladybird Languages in childcare centres. Now, I also teach at the University of Sydney at the Centre for Continuing Education.

Where I come from

My hometown is Sevilla, or Seville (in English), home of orange trees and amazing Gothic architecture. My mother is a Primary school teacher, and my father is a lawyer. I also have an amazing sister who works at the United Nations office in New York. All of them have inspired this program, and they are the best critics and supporters!

When I am not teaching

I am researching activities, educational reports, or books for my classes! I love reading and listening to TED talks. I cannot pass one day without a cup of herbal tea, and I am addicted to my crazy spin class. I am always looking for pretty candles for my meditation and yoga practice. I adore Mediterranean food and dark chocolate.
